I’m Mengisteab, a licensed therapist and life coach dedicated to helping people who want more out of life — more clarity, more confidence, and more peace. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, self-critical, or stuck at a crossroads, I help you slow down, reset, and move forward with intention.

 

My work blends therapy and coaching to help you manage stress and anxiety, strengthen self-worth, adjust to changes in your life, and create purposeful structure and habits. You’ll learn practical strategies for time management, goal-achievement, and self-discipline — without losing compassion for yourself along the way.

Through study, training, and hands-on work in the helping professions, I’ve met countless people with incredible potential — yet they often feel weighed down by stress, self-doubt, or life circumstances that make progress feel harder than it should be. Supporting individuals in caring for their mental health, clarifying their goals, and creating real, workable plans for growth has become one of the most meaningful parts of my life.
